Who Should Take Heartsaver Courses?

General Public General Public WORKFORCE: CONSTRUCTION, CHILDCARE, HEALTH & FITNESS, HOSPITALITY AND MORE These courses are intended for anyone with little or no medical training who requires a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course from the list below. All courses resulting in a Course Completion Card will be delivered via e-card, the same day.

Heartsaver First Aid Online
This course covers first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills

Heartsaver CPR AED Online
The skills learned in this course will help you recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and help a person until EMS arrives

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Online
This course is designed to prepare you to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online
This course teaches students information needed to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives

Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Online Course
This course teaches employees how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction
